Player Agreement & Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kuo9 ("kuo9", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the kuo9 website, mobile platform, and all associated services including online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and promotional offers (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing any part of the kuo9 Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you unequivocally confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply alongside kuo9's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any additional game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, the supplementary rules shall prevail only with respect to the specific matter they address; in all other respects these Terms govern.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any other person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" shall include that person or entity.

To access the full range of kuo9 services — including deposits, withdrawals, casino games, and sports betting — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You may only register a kuo9 account if you meet ALL of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. kuo9 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of kuo9 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from kuo9 or had a prior account closed for breach of these Terms.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) kuo9 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kuo9 uses advanced device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment matching technology to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kuo9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kuo9 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and as part of ongoing fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account showing your registered name and mobile number)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed specified thresholds

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction until verification is completed. kuo9 will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kuo9 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kuo9 support immediately at [email protected].

kuo9 operates a Bangladeshi Taka (৳) denominated platform. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to funds transacted via local payment methods.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kuo9 currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability by issuing bank)
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (processing times may vary)

kuo9 may add or remove payment methods at its discretion. The current list of available methods is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.

3.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (or the limit set by your payment provider, whichever is lower)
• Additional daily and weekly deposit limits may be set by kuo9 or requested by the player as a responsible gaming measure.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 1–3 hours for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳1,000,000 per transaction
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• kuo9 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the account's existing verification status.

3.4 Wagering Requirements on Deposits

Standard deposits (made without claiming a bonus) carry no wagering requirement. You may withdraw your deposit balance at any time, subject to verification and the minimum withdrawal amount. Deposits linked to bonus offers are subject to the wagering requirements disclosed for that specific offer — see Section 4 (Bonus & Promotions) for full details.

kuo9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the point of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you agree to all applicable terms.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each player may claim a specific promotion once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• kuo9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, structuring bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or exploiting an error in a bonus offer — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in permanent account closure.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most kuo9 bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). A 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets before the bonus funds — and any winnings derived from them — become withdrawable. The specific wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds (for sports betting), and time limit for completing the requirement are stated in each offer's individual terms.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%); certain game types may be entirely excluded.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that result in a win exceeding a specified cap (where applicable) may be capped at that maximum win amount.
• If you withdraw funds before completing a wagering requirement, any unconverted bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 Welcome Bonus

New kuo9 players are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Full details of the current welcome offer — including the match percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period — are displayed on the kuo9 promotions page. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device, and payment method.

By using the kuo9 Platform, you represent, warrant, and agree to the following obligations at all times during your use of the Platform:

5.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account, completing identity verification, and engaging with kuo9 support. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5.2 Personal Use Only

Your kuo9 account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to use your account, place bets on your behalf, or access your account for any purpose. You must not use your kuo9 account for any commercial purpose, including accepting bets from third parties, operating a betting syndicate, or managing funds on behalf of others.

5.3 Compliance with Applicable Law

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the kuo9 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. kuo9 makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. If you are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before using the Platform.

5.4 Responsible Use of Funds

You agree to only deposit and wager funds that you can afford to lose. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that losing your deposited funds is a possible and foreseeable outcome. kuo9 strongly encourages the use of responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion — available in your account settings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kuo9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and — where confirmed — permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraud and Deception: Any attempt to defraud kuo9 or other players, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks made in bad faith, or the submission of falsified identity documents.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any software, script, algorithm, or other automated tool to access the Platform, place bets, analyse game outcomes in real time, or interact with any game in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, bug, glitch, or misconfiguration in the Platform or any game to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be recovered.
• Money Laundering: Using kuo9 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or structuring deposits and withdrawals in a manner designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses in a manner not consistent with their intended use, including creating multiple accounts, using VPNs or proxies to appear as a new player, or placing bets that do not constitute genuine risk-taking purely to clear wagering requirements.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful communication directed at kuo9 staff or other players via live chat, support channels, or any other medium.
• Minors: Allowing or assisting any person under the age of 18 to access the Platform or place bets.

kuo9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure)
• Activation of a self-exclusion request submitted by the player
• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your kuo9 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, kuo9 will process any remaining verified balance in your account to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

7.2 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. kuo9 will attempt to notify you at your registered email address before applying an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to any remaining balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in — no fee will be applied after reactivation.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kuo9 and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, game providers, and payment partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your gambling activity
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues preventing access to the Platform
• Errors or delays in game outcomes, odds calculation, or bet settlement resulting from third-party game provider systems
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform

kuo9's total aggregate liability to any player, for any cause whatsoever, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by kuo9's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

9.1 Platform Availability

kuo9 endeavours to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond kuo9's reasonable control (including acts of God, government action, ISP disruptions, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. kuo9 will not be liable for any losses arising from periods of unavailability.

9.2 Third-Party Game Providers

Games offered on kuo9 are provided by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules, mechanics, and RTP (return-to-player) percentages of these games are governed by each provider's own certified specifications. kuo9 does not modify game outcomes and is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party game software. In the event of a game provider system error that results in an incorrect outcome, the affected round(s) will be voided and stakes returned to players.

kuo9 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date at the top of the document. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — kuo9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the kuo9 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Closing your account in response to a Terms amendment will not affect any bet already placed or any pending withdrawal already initiated before the effective date.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and kuo9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements (whether oral or written) relating to the same subject matter.
